Mission Of Our Community Security Tokens

We started PerFinEx in 2017 to bring expats living in Germany accessible financial advice in English. Over the years, PerFinEx GmbH has become the #1 English-speaking & independent financial planner in Germany.

It can be difficult for expats in real estate in Germany. That is why we started GermanReal.Estate in 2022 to make it possible for everyone to invest in German properties. Our community portfolio tokens give you access to a real estate portfolio for just 100€.
