Brand-new constructed properties with great amenities (e.g. swimming pool) are available starting at just 150.000€. Nowhere close to German or European property prices.

Despite completing more construction projects than ever in 2022, Dubai struggles to keep up with the demand for living space. While the Swiss bank UBS declares a real estate bubble in many western cities (e.g. Toronto, Frankfurt, Zurich), Dubai is in the last place 25 on the UBS real estate bubble index very far away from a real estate bubble.
